Jeanette Hipsey
Jeanette Hipsey, known to many as the Hippo Lady and honorary member of the PPL for many years, has sadly passed away at Cann House Care Home, Plymouth on 15/09/2023 following a series of strokes earlier in the year. Her oldest friend of 60 years was with her at the end and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
